Jun. 7th, 2009 10:04 am"the hangover" is pretty awesome. i recommend it. i want to see it again, except this time in a decent seat. the place was PACKED and we ended up in the 2nd row so i could only clearly see part of the screen if i tilted my head just right. i think i fucked up my neck.
i was kinda bummed about the dandys. i kept thinking about it all night. we got out of the movie at close to midnight and my first thought was "goddammit it's not raining!" i should have just been brave and gone. seriously, fuck this june gloom. i HATE it.
man, i'm still kinda bummed about it. but whatever. i had a good night with simon. it was a big movie weekend. firsr the hangover, and then we came back to my house and ended up watching harold and kumar go to guantanemo bay. yesterday i did some fish shopping with delano. he got a new car! well, new for him. it's an '81 (?) pontiac grand lemans. with only 45,000 original miles on it. apparently it used to be an old lady's car and she only drove it to the store and back. it's in suuuuper nice coundition for being 20+ years old. like it's still really clean on the inside and runs really well. afterwards, we messed with the tank for a bit and watched kung fu panda. it's totally cute. i love the turtle and angelina's a bitch.
see? big movie weekend. 3 movies in 2 days. today i plan on chilling out solo. and probably watch another movie. del gave me a bunch of his. "oh you have to see this one. and this one. you never saw this?! take it, you need to watch this too." i walked away with babel, 300, apocalypse now, and sin city. i have a feeling i'm not going to be very into apocalypse now.
