Mar. 24th, 2009 12:42 pmso since i'm a professional bum these days, i'm going to try and be good about exercising. i'm a total lazy butt though, so the keyword is TRY. i want to get into yoga or pilates. my back and shoulders are pretty much in a constant state of discomfort and i want to rememdy that. i want to be more flexible and sinewy. time warner has a bunch of exercise things and they have a 10 min yoga something. perfect! it's stretchy, it's only 10 min (i can hang with that right now) so i tried it.
DUDE. my right shoulder is already less hurty than yesterday. my left side is still stiff, but i feel considerably looser. however, i also think some of this is due to my lack of water consumption. i haven't been drinking enough lately so that's probably why i feel all stiff and creaky.
