(no subject)

i am very very tired. i slept 3 hours. stayed out until 1:30am. wanna know why?

i saw fucking phantom planet and no doubt at universal. the show was amazing! well, i was a little disappointed with PP. they played mostly new songs (california and nobody's fault were the only old ones). plus jacques was MIA. am i missing something? i know i haven't been keeping up with them, but where the hell is jacques? first jason, now him? please tell me he was just sick or something. but they were good. the crowd could care less about them though. everyone was stoked for ND. trish and i were the only ones in our area who dug them. i was hoping they'd play all over again. it's great live. i still love them, so much.

ND was incredible. they are so good. and gwen is HOT. i couldn't take my eyes off her. i loved watching her run around the stage. they opened with just a girl and pretty much played all their hits. don't speak, simple kind of life, rock steady, spiderwebs, new, ex-girlfriend... for bathwater, they brought out a little bathtub and she sat in it. then the pussycat dolls came out and danced. it was really cool. i think hella good was the best song though. everyone really got into it and the energy level was so high. they didn't play anything off the first album though. i was hoping to hear trapped in a box. and i can't remember any other songs they played. they closed with it's my life, then for the encore they did something that i can't remember and sunday morning. i think.

i need to sleep. but it's only like 8. i love going to shows. it's my favorite thing to do.
