so there's this band called rooney. i don't really like them much. the only song i like is "blueside" and that was months before i even knew they had an album, let alone hear it on the radio. they're an ok band. seen them a few times. they're good live. but still don't really like them, yet i respect them because of the whole phantom planet/kara's flowers circle. they're friends right?

and robert schwartzman is the singer right?

i was looking at the cd today and realized... there's no robert. there's a guy named taylor. but no robert. anywhere.

i totally thought this was his band. am i mistaken? can someone explain? indie_rock perhaps?

i never completely dismissed rooney because i thought it was jason's brother's band. but i guess not. and jason's not even in phantom planet anymore. jerk. i still love him and the band though.

on another tangent. i need like $20 so i can get the reissue of The Guest.
