Oct. 4th, 2002 12:52 ami hate having a cold. the sore throat went away, but now my head feels all stuffed up. totally sucks. i was tired all day. slight fever again this morning, but it's gone now. i really need to get a warm jacket.
lisa came over and hung out for awhile. her friend steve also dropped by. so did art and adam from downstairs. we just sat around, made food, and watched a movie. i really don't like lisa's friends. i decided this. i feel like i'm the only cool and normal one. her friends aren't allowed at my place anymore.
lisa also smoked what was left of the pot and got all freaky paranoid like i did. i took two little hits and nothing happened, so i'm relieved. adam and trish think she was faking though. they said there wasn't enough there to get anybody stoned.
i can't believe there were drugs in my house and i partook in the festivities. but i was curious, it was there, it happened.
i have a little crush on adam. he had a day off today, so we talked a lot. he came up several times this afternoon to borrow our movies. he said he was all bored. then tonight after lisa steve and art left, he stayed and hung out. he drew on my arm with a dry erase pen too. he was always my favorite of all the boys downstairs. i don't know why i feel all attached to him.
oh yeah, had my interview with barnes & noble today. i think it went pretty well. the lady was really nice. i have a 2nd interview with the other manager next week. i hope it works out. i'm not getting my hopes up though because i did with virgin and that was a big letdown.
class today was pretty kickass. finished my "sound only" assignment. we had to use 10 sounds to describe a place and people had to figure it out. kitchell really liked one of them. he was totally stumped, but most people got them. so yay. and i didn't study for the test at all. i was all prepared to fail. i didn't care. but he goes "it's a take-home!" and i said sweet. this class is the best.
i'm so beat right now. i'm going to bed.
