i don't want to go to work today. my throat hurts like a motherfucker. my eye feels funny (but there's a hole in it). i just feel all achy.

yeah there's a hole in my eye. dr took one of the stitches out yesterday. so i have a little open flap that should be healed by tomorrow he said. lemme tell ya, the process of removing stitches out of one's eye is quite quick and painless... but very very strange.

i suck. apparantly i haven't been taking good care of myself because i'm sitting here with a little fever. my face and neck are all warm. and my head hurts. i hate being sick! my throat is still all sore. bought some throat drops and echinacea-goldenseal. trying to go the herbal route with making myself feel better. also got tylenol for the fever. :P oh yeah and while we're going herbal, i picked up some ginko biloba. it's supposed to help "maintain mental altertness." let's see if it works.

daddy gave me $20 today because i got lunch for the two of us. then i took his 20 and bought the vines' cd and a magazine. no willpower. but i needed some new rock music to listen to. it's pretty good. i like it.
